TVC Leisure is an independent family run business, and a leading fruit machine supplier and gaming machine supplier in Berkshire.
TVC Leisure were recently instructed to re-install our gaming and amusement machines in to a pub in Bracknell Berkshire.
The customer had previously used TVC Leisure but decided to switch to a much larger corporate company. The large corporate supplier had offered unrealistic supply terms which we knew were not sustainable, and promised the landlord they could match our service levels.
Having used the large company for over a year the landlord realised that their service levels were not up to standards and subsequently machine revenue had declined.
The landlord also expressed how he had felt very unsupported during the pandemic and became frustrated that he could not get hold of anyone. Upon re-opening his machines were left switched off for weeks while he waited for the supplier to visit and set them up.
