Unlike other suppliers who will only visit you when there is an issue, and will only attend to that issue while on site, TVC Leisure arrange for an engineer to visit you every 2 weeks to service and maintain your equipment.
The reason this is so important is because over time machines will suffer from wear and tear:
Machines become dirty
Bulbs blow in your fruit machines
Buttons get sticky
Pool tables lose their markings
Cues loose there tips
If these issues are not dealt with on a regular basis they will prevent customers from playing the machines.
Our fortnightly preventative maintenance service is provided to every TVC Leisure customer to ensure that our equipment does not suffer from these issues and that they are 100% operational at all times.
In addition to servicing our customer’s equipment, our fortnightly visits provide us with the perfect opportunity to meet with our customers face to face on a regular basis to provide a personal service and ensure all issues or request are dealt with immediately.
