TVC leisure were recently instructed to supply gaming and amusement machines into a pub in Portsmouth, Hampshire.
The pub had become unhappy with their previous supplier as they felt the equipment, they were being supplied was very dated, and technical issues were not being attended to in a timely fashion.
The landlord contacted TVC Leisure as we are a leading supplier of gaming and amusement machines throughout Hampshire and supply a large number of pubs and social clubs in the area.
For this installation we were able to upgrade every machine to a newer model, this included a Deal or No Deal fruit machine, a new Thunder digital jukebox and a Casino King digital gaming machine.
As well as upgrading the customers machines we will also be improving the level of service they receive. This will be achieved by introducing our 2-hour response to technical issues 7 days a week, regular machine upgrades, routine collection services and our exclusive fortnightly preventative maintenance service.
