TVC Leisure is a family-owned and family-run business, and a leading fruit machine supplier and gaming machine supplier to pubs and social clubs in Andover, Hampshire.
TVC Leisure was recently instructed to supply a gaming machine, a digital jukebox, and a CCTV system to a pub in Andover. We installed a Game Master digital gaming machine, a Lightning digital jukebox, and a 12-camera CCTV system.
The landlady had previously been supplied by a family-run business and described how she had always received good customer service. Recently, the family business was sold to a much larger corporate company, and consequently, standards have declined.
The landlady shared with TVC Leisure how, since changing companies, she finds it very difficult to speak to anyone, and that her only option is to leave a message on a switchboard. She rarely receives acknowledgement that her call has been processed, and is often left with equipment switched off for days, sometimes weeks, waiting for an engineer to visit to resolve the issue.
She also explained how she was left feeling very frustrated and upset when she was charged full rent for equipment during lockdown, when the pub was shut and the equipment was switched off.
