TVC Leisure is an independent family-run business and a leading fruit machine supplier and gaming machine supplier in Hertfordshire.
During lockdown in March this year, we were approached by a landlord in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, and instructed to supply him with gaming and amusement machines.
The landlord had previously been supplied by a family-run business with whom he had always had a good relationship and received good service; unfortunately, that business was recently sold to a much larger company who are not able to meet the same standards.
The landlord complained that he could never get hold of anyone, and it was taking days to respond to service calls instead of hours. They would turn up unannounced to empty and remove machines, and also tried to charge him rent for the equipment during lockdown when his business was closed.
