TVC Leisure was recently instructed to reinstall our gaming and amusement machines into a pub in Bracknell, Berkshire.
The customer had previously used TVC Leisure but decided to switch to a much larger corporate company. The large corporate supplier had offered unrealistic supply terms, which we knew were not sustainable, and promised the landlord they could match our service levels.
Having used the large company for over a year, the landlord realised that their service levels were not up to standard and subsequently, machine revenue had declined.
