TVC Leisure is a leading supplier of gaming machines and fruit machines to pubs and social clubs in Hertfordshire.
In 2020 we were approached by a members social club in Welwyn Garden City Hertfordshire and instructed to supply them with gaming and amusement machines.
The committee explained how they had become frustrated with their current machine supplier as the equipment being supplied was very dated, and requests to have them upgraded were frequently ignored.
The committee had also been disappointed with the lack of communication and support leading up to the first lockdown, and then again for re-opening in July
It was made clear to TVC Leisure from the start that the club wanted their equipment upgraded and requested to have new digital gaming machines installed. They also expressed the importance of having an improvement in technical support and customer service.

For this installation we installed a new Vegas 2020 digital gaming machine, a King of Games Club digital gaming machine and a new Winner pool table.
