Back in 2020 TVC Leisure were instructed to supply gaming machines to a pub in Southampton.
The customer had previously been supplied by a national company and had become unhappy with the equipment and the service.
They described how the machines would continually break down and were never able to reach anyone to report or discuss the problem, instead they had to leave answer phone message which were never acknowledged or replied to.
Machines would be out of action for days at a time waiting for an engineer to attend, loosing money and frustrating the customers who wanted to play them.
They explained how multiple requests to have the machines changed or upgraded were ignored, which eventually lead them to the decision to have the machines removed and find an alternative supplier.
