This week’s installation takes place in the historical city of Winchester, in Hampshire.
The pub had been previously supplied by a national operator and they had become increasingly frustrated with the service that was provided. The machines were dated, it was taking days for engineers to visit and respond to technical issues and there was no personal service.
Now that they have decided to rely on TVC Leisure for their pub entertainment, they’re getting a better service. We will be visiting the pub on a regular basis to perform preventative maintenance on all our machines. This ensures that every machine is operating at peak perfection and the landlord can chat to our engineers at any time to discuss any issues. Keeping every digital gaming machine clean and operating ensures that every fruit machine and digital gaming machine is maximising its potential as a revenue stream.
For this installation we installed a Deal or No Deal fruit machine, a Game Master digital gaming machine, a 7’4″ Winner pool table and a Paragon quiz machine. The pub also took advantage of our many supplemental products. We supplied two 50″ plasma TVs installed ready for the World Cup, as well as a brand new glass washer to help during the busy summer period.
